Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Ordering online was super easy. I got a notification that there would be modifications to my order, which is fine. Maybe in the future it would be cool if I got a photo of the modified arrangement that actually gets sent. I’d like that. But I got a note from the recipient who was unbelievably happy! So all good…

Thank you, the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and my friend loved it. I was informed that some of the flowers were not available however they would substitute and do their best to keep the look of the arrangement. I could not tell the difference when my friend sent me a pic. It looked like what I viewed online and am so happy. Beautiful - Thank you!

Mothers Day arrangement was so beautiful. I was told ahead of time that there were flower substitutions because of availability because of COVID 19. I expected a lot of “filler greens and less expensive e flowers! Quite the contrary...The arrangements were Exquisite —filled with orchids and peonies galore! Thank you thank you for always going beyond.... and making us feel like royalty. so grateful!
